about

We’re college students. Busy, busy college students, who still like good food, and we’re learning to cook on our own.

And we’re on a budget!

IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE TO DO THIS?

I’m a third year student with three majors and two jobs. I like olives, houseplants and cats. I get busy, and so does everyone I know. Most of us get support from our families, but for me at least, there is a steep decline in the quality of the food (even without the difference in cooking skills!)

My bff is the lovely Dmitry, who is trying really hard to eat a balanced diet. He hates cats and broccoli for some reason. I’m mostly looking to eat decent food, period. I have a slight obsession with feta cheese.

Other partners in crime include Coco (who really likes dessert), Dan (freegan, vegan cook) and Matt (veganish, not picky).

A significant part of our repetoire are birthday cakes.

Cos, you know, we  celebrate the birthday of every single one of our friends (NOT LISTED: so many people) Some are good, some are of middling quality, but very few are activley bad. Recently there have been a lot of vegan cakes. (They usually work pretty well if you use apple sauce instead of oil!) We do cook other things though. It happens occasionally.

I’d love to hear from you
